2. Local Autonomous Architecture

Synco operates with a local-first philosophy. Workflows, background jobs, and chat automations execute primarily within your local environment (Windows, macOS, Linux) without unsolicited data telemetry. You maintain full ownership and control of your local compute resources, data streams, and execution credentials.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use Synco for malicious automation, denial-of-service attempts, unauthorized credential scraping, spam distribution, or violations of third-party API platform terms. You are solely responsible for actions taken by your autonomous agents and automated workflows.

4. Intellectual Property

The Synco name, logo, 3D character assets, user interface design, and proprietary engine binaries are protected by international intellectual property laws. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any workflows, scripts, or digital outputs generated by your usage of Synco.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall Synco Technologies Inc., its engineers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your autonomous execution configurations or automated third-party platform actions.
