Synco is architected with a strict privacy-first model. Unlike legacy cloud agents that siphon your chats, credentials, and business logic to third-party data centers, Synco runs natively on your machine. Your files, logs, and sensitive data stay on your computer.

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver and notify you regarding our software:

• Email Addresses: When you voluntarily submit your email for our launch waitlist or product updates.
• Anonymized Telemetry: Optional crash reports and aggregate performance metrics, strictly if explicitly consented to.
• Essential Session Cookies: Minimal browser tokens required for basic website responsiveness and security.

3. How We Use Information

We strictly use collected email addresses to notify you when Synco desktop binaries and platform versions become available. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your contact information with any advertising brokers or data aggregators.

4. Data Storage & Security

All waitlist communications use industry-standard cryptographic encryption (TLS 1.3 / AES-256). Local desktop automation databases are stored directly on your own drive, isolated from external access.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
